Group Coaching
For parents struggling with similar sleep challenges, the Infant Group Coaching is where you can come together to learn about baby sleep and to find solutions to your children’s sleep problems.
The group coaching is a 4 week programme with 4x 1 hour long workshops with thousands of questions answered daily within a private facebook group. We will teach you all you need to know to help your little one to sleep through and take good naps along with all the follow on advice to keep things on track going forwards.
The group coaching packages are available for :

Infant 4-6 Months
Infant 7-12 Months
Note: For Toddlers we recommend a one to one sleep package

- How to help your baby to sleep well
- Typical sleep regressions
- Weekly Q&A Sessions
