Newborn Sleep Advice & Tips

0 to 12 Weeks
- This package includes the following:
- A strong foundation for healthy sleep habits as your baby grows
- 30 minute phone/video call to discuss your newborn's sleep patterns
- Newborn Sleep Tips Education Guide
This is not a sleep training package but provides you with some good sleep “hygiene” tips. This will include learning about normal healthy sleep patterns for a baby in their first few months of life, how to prevent overtiredness and overstimulation and guidance on naps. This package will encourage you to have the newborn cuddles that every parent should enjoy, while preparing you to have the confidence to establish healthy sleeping habits for your baby.
You will receive a 30 minute phone/video call with me plus a newborn sleep tips education guide.
Newborn Sleepytime Package

0 to 12 Weeks
- This package includes the following:
- Everything from the Newborn Sleep Advice & Tips package PLUS
- 6 planning & support phone calls (15-20 minutes each)
- Unlimited email support during your babies first 12 weeks of life
This package includes the Newborn Sleep Advice & Tips, plus up to 6 phone calls (2-weekly) of 15-20 minutes to guide and support you with your baby’s sleep. In addition to this you will have unlimited email sleep support during your babies first 12 weeks of life.
There is the option to upgrade to this package after doing the Newborn Sleep and Advice Tips Package.
Infant Sleepytime Package

4 to 18 Months
- This package includes the following:
- 15 minute sleep assessment to discuss what’s been happening with your little ones sleep
- A sleep questionnaire all about you and your baby
- A personalised Sleep Plan for your baby based on your questionnaire
- 60-90 minute video consultation to discuss your baby's sleep plan and ensure you are 100% confident and comfortable to implement the positive changes
- Up to 4 follow up phone calls (lasting 20 minutes) to ask any questions you may have as we go along
- Unlimited email and Whats App support for 3 weeks
- A follow on plan/tips on how to move forward
This package will help your baby to develop the skills they need to settle themselves to sleep. You will be supported fully throughout the duration of the package to make these positive changes and have the confidence to do so.
We will start with a 15 minute sleep assessment so we can discuss the current situation with your little one’s sleeping habits. I will also have you complete a sleep questionnaire to help you understand you current situation better.
I’ll review this information and develop a personalised sleep plan for your little one. We’ll then have a 60-90 minute video consultation to discuss your plan in detail so you feel 100% confident and ready to get started.
Toddler Sleepytime Package

18+ Months
- This package includes the following:
- 15 minute sleep assessment to discuss what’s been happening with your little ones sleep
- A sleep questionnaire all about you and your toddler
- A personalised Sleep Plan for your child based on your questionnaire
- 60-90 minute video consultation to discuss your child's sleep plan and ensure you are 100% confident and comfortable to implement the positive changes
- Up to 4 follow up phone calls (lasting 20 minutes) to ask any questions you may have as we go along
- Unlimited email and Whats App support for 4 weeks
- A follow on plan/tips on how to move forward
This package will help your child to develop the skills they need to settle themselves to sleep and address any bedtime battles you may have been encountering. You and your toddler will be helped in how to support crying and protest, weaning or stopping night feeds (if you choose to) and how to develop the skills they need to become an independent, happy little sleeper in their own bed. This plan will help your toddler achieve the full nights sleep they need to avoid overtiredness and grumpiness and help them consolidate their sleep to aid their memory development.
Results for toddlers can take a little longer than with infants, so this package provides you with a longer duration of full support for 4 weeks, in order to make positive changes and enabling you to have the confidence to do so.
